TIE DYE PENCIL SKIRT

Made of French terry, this pencil skirt fits comfortably and has an elastic waist with a tie in the front.  It features a slit in the back.  There is a matching tank (Tie Dye Tank) to make the outfit.  A denim shirt or jacket would complete the look!
